- entire customer service function for a hotline technical support center to

- SupportTrak logs incoming support calls by company and verifies service
- contract status, identifies support levels, queues support calls, and assigns
- support engineers. With a single keystroke, the support engineer can select
- multiple codes to classify the type of support call, the products or modules
- involved, and the type of service activity required for resolution. The
- SupportTrak user can then enter unlimited text information detailing each
- call. SupportTrak automatically data/time stamps open and closing of the
- support call. SupportTrak contains customer survey information, customer
